Reliability and platform engineering for enterprise production systems.

• Own an enterprise operational analytics and reporting platform end to end, including reliability, automation, lifecycle management, modernization, and day-to-day technical decisions.
• Serve as a technical escalation resource for difficult production investigations, working with other engineers across applications, Kubernetes, Linux, networking, and observability.
• Work with engineering teams on infrastructure upgrades, migrations, resilience, and production readiness across distributed environments.
• Designed and built an investigation tool used by my team. In a separate earlier project, designed and built production health-validation tooling that turns checks into actionable engineering reports.
• Designed a containerized Jenkins operating model, separating runtime, configuration as code, Git-backed job definitions, and shared pipeline libraries to make reconstruction and review explicit.
